This is our latest Recycled Shirt Quilt from Alix Dworkin of Mamaka Mills.
We made this by cutting strips of Mens woven Oxford shirts,
and constructing varied log cabin squares!
Then we played with the colors and made them
more interesting by going from lights to darks,
very visually appealing!
We then added a 4 inch navy border
and used the same 100% Cotton for the backing and the binding.
And of course, we used the
Eco friendly Warm and Natural 100% Cotton batting, t
hat was grown and processed right here in the USA!
This quilt is completely machine washable AND can be dried!
